As a freelance translator / copywriter I like to spend as little time as possible doing administrative work and focus on the tasks that bring in the money.
Using custom made JotForm forms to have my clients submit new projects and tasks saves me a lot of time every week. Especially since I connected my JotForm forms to Asana, Google Docs and DropBox.
Once a client submits a new project, whether this is a translation project or a copywriting project all information from the task is transferred to my Asana dashboard. File attachments are synced in my Dropbox so I can easily and quickly access those files. I integrated Clockify in my Asana dashboard to make it easy to track time on submitted tasks. When I start my Clockify timer all needed information is taken from the Asana task, so I never have to manually add info.
Using JotForm forms in combination with the integrations saves me approx. between 4 to 5 hours a week in administrative tasks. Time I can use to do more work or simply enjoy having a beer with tapas on a sunny terrace.
